We were skeptical that anyone could change Roscoe's dog aggression. We choose Von Asgard because of a reccomendation from several of our neighbors. Von Asgard did not disappoint. Their K-9 Custom Training really worked.

I am not even sure where to start writing this! I can’t even begin to express the thanks and appreciation I have towards Linda, Nick and everyone at Von Asgard K-9 Center!!!
They welcomed me with open arms and treated me so well. They trained my Pitbull, Remi, to be my Service Dog. They are just an amazing group of people. I recommend them to other veterans in need of Service Dog Training.
To anyone reading this, all I have to say is that they are well worth the drive wherever you are located. I traveled from Valdosta, GA to their facility near Tampa, FL. Linda, the owner and Nick, Remi’s Service Dog trainer are AWESOME! It is very difficult to find people who actually do care; however, this is an attribute that defines them.
So to Linda, Nick and all of Von Asgard’s caring staff, I say, THANK YOU!

I am so happy to report that Von Asgard did a fabulous job training my Jack Russel, "Whipper"! Linda, the owner, trained him and trained me at the end. I really had my doubts that anyone could get my wild dog under control. I am a believer now! "Whipper" comes when he is called, he sits, he downs, he stays . . . and best of all he does it every time! I heartily reccommend Von Asgard K-9 Center. Thanks, Linda!

I wanted to let you know that we have been very pleased with all "Lana's" Boot Camp Trainer, Lynn Conway, continues to do for "Lana" per the K-9 Boot Camp lifetime training guarantee each time we board her at Von Asgard K-9 Center. More specifically with Lynn retraining us humans! She has been outstanding and most responsive to our questions and concerns.
We were very happy to see the video of "Lana" doing very well a the Vet's office . . . that had been a problem in the past, as well as, was going into public places, which is another problem that Lynn fixed for us. I know we have a long way to go as handlers. The training time we spent yesterday at Von Asgard with both Lynn and Maggie ("Lana's" Trainer and Assistant Trainer) was especially appreciated. They went over everything with us again and we feel so much more confident that we will be able keep up the training into the future.
We look forward to seeing you the next time we board "Lana" at Von Asgard.

"Ben", who used to be aggressive and out of control, has done wonderful since he was picked up from your Von Asgard K-9 Center for transport from FL to TN. He was no problem on the drive and settled right in for the long trip. "Ben" greeted his new foster, Ron, like he was a long lost friend. Since then "Ben" was Ron's shadow for most of the day.
I can't thank you enough for all the wonderful care and training you gave "Ben" while he was with you. I do want to apologize for the short notice I gave you to get "Ben" a Health Certificate for his travel.

I wasn't sure if they could solve the problems I had with Boomer, my Rottweiler. Von Asgard proved me wrong. Not only did they fix his aggression problem, but now he walks nice on a leash . . . no pulling! That's not all: Boomer comes when he is called, sits, downs, and stays too. You can't go wrong with K-9 Boot Camp if you have a big dog like Boomer that is a real "problem child".

K-9 Boot Camp did wonders for my 2 Cocker Spaniels. Sammy would never come and you could not get him to stay. Now he does. Lexie was a real problem too. She would always chase our cat, Cindy. Finally, I can relax . . . and Cindy can also. Thank you Von Asgard!

I highly recommend Von Asgard K-9 Center. We took Micah our 4 month old German Shepherd to "Boot Camp" Von Asgard exceeded our expectations. Linda and the staff did a great job working with us to give Micah accommodations to fit his needs. Special thanks to Auburn she's an amazing trainer and was a perfect match for our dog. You can tell she really loves what she does and cares for the dogs she works with. There is no doubt that they hold up to their end. Question is can we come home and do our part to make sure we keep the training that was instilled. You guys are awesome! Thanks for everything!

I love my dog as a child! Would do anything for him!! When it happened that my mother got ill and I had to move in with her, my dog was not welcome. So the hunt began to buy a house "for Charlie" and in the mean time it broke my heart to have to board him. But Von Asgard K-9 Center made it all OK. They took my miserable experience and made it a wonderful place for Charlie to wait for our new home. But honestly, they loved him there and took such good care of him. I can't ever imagine having anyone else but Linda and her staff, especially Don, watch over him and care for him. And they were so sweet to Mom and me every weekend that we visited for 4 long months. Thank you Von Asgard!!

My wife and I bought our first Doberman from Von Asgard. We purchased a package of 20 custom training sessions so that we can learn how to properly train our own dog. Linda has been very helpful and is truly an amazing trainer who really understands how to handle an energetic breed. Her staff members are also very skilled and helpful. My wife has enjoyed her training sessions as much as I have and we continue to practice what we have learned at home. Thank you Linda and your Von Asgard staff members. It has been a pleasure learning from you. We look forward to working with you again soon.

I have had such a wonderful experience having my dog trained at Von Asgard K-9 Center that I just have to compliment them on the fantastic training job they have done on, Digger, my 2 year old Chesapeake Bay Retriever male. Digger was totally out of control and nasty when introduced to new people. He absolutely ignored me when it came to minding. He would not do anything I asked him to do . . . he was stubborn and non-responsive. I had given up hope till I attended a training seminar put on by Von Asgard K-9 Center. I asked them to help with Digger. I signed him up for Von Asgard's “K-9 Spec Ops” Custom Training Program. They train Police K-9s and I figured they could handle Digger. Other trainers that met Digger didn't even want to try! The custom training was 30 days of in-kennel training and socializing. He ended up staying at Von Asgard for an extra week, but it really paid off. I could not believe the difference. Digger now minds, comes when he is called, sits, downs, and stays. And, he does it for me! He is so much better around people. I can't thank Linda and Don at Von Asgard enough for the outstanding job they have done with my “problem child”!

I recently moved to the area and really needed to have my two Cocker Spaniels boarded and trained. Buddy and Amy are now six months old and really need training. Several of my Lakewood Ranch neighbors raved about Von Asgard K-9 Center for their high-activity boarding program and strongly suggested I enroll Buddy and Amy in Von Asgard s K-9 Boot Camp pet obedience program.
I am so glad I listened to them. Two weeks ago my Buddy and Amy came home after a 14 day stay in Boot Camp. Von Asgard exceeded all my expectations. What a great training job they have done. Their staff was so professional and the facility was very clean. I do recommend Von Asgard K-9 Center for boarding and training.

I didn't know what to expect. It all sounded so good. I decided to enroll my two Jack Russels in Von Asgard's “K-9 Boot Camp” pet obedience training program. My dogs were at Boot Camp for 14 days. I was hoping for the best, as my two guys are really wild and head strong. Von Asgard did not let me down! When I got them back . . . what a difference! Both dogs are behaving nicely and their obedience is outstanding. I would heartily recommend Von Asgard K-9 Center and their “K-9 Boot Camp” to anyone that wants great results.

Best Service, Paws Down: Von Asgard K-9 Center is one of the best kennel and training facilities for dogs I have ever seen. They take wonderful care of your pet and give them the attention they deserve at a resonable price. There dog training program is one of the best if not the best around. The owner Linda Werlein has created a program that can train even stubborn, or problem dogs that are making life difficult. I highly recommend Von Asgard K-9 Center for anyone who would like a well mannered pet.

Wilson had the time of his life retrieving out of your pond everyday while our family was visiting relatives in NYC. Your staff was wonderful, thank them for me also. After careful research we chose to make the 3 hour drive to bring our 14 month old German Shepherd to Von Asgard K9 Center. They took the time to really listen to our concerns, then make the appropriate recommendation. They kept an open line of communication with us the entire 14 days on his progress. When we picked him up we were amazed! We had a completely transformed dog. Even our neighbors commented on how obedient and quick to respond to commands. They were able to accomplish what 2 other training facilities did not. In addition, when we picked him up they spent more than 2 hours going over in detail how they accomplished each skill and then taught us how to apply these at home. They guarantee there training for life. What makes them stand apart and ABOVE all other training centers is the genuine caring for us as well as our dog, the high level of expertise, extensive experience in a large array of training services, absolutely stunningly beautiful facility and the level of training and playtime they provide for dogs. I have been looking for a great high-activity place to board my two Aussies. Several people at the dog park raved about Von Asgard K-9 Center. So I contacted them and make an appointment to tour their 40 acre facility. What a fantastic place! The staff is really into showing their “charges” a great time. Three play periods each day is the standard. Not eight or more dogs running together, but one person taking out one dog to show that dog a wild time! They have a large, protected swimming pond that my dogs really made good use of. The enclosed, lighted exercise field they showed me turned out to be my dogs evening fun spot . . . retrieving tennis balls. Von Asgard is all business . . . “dog fun business”, that is! The place is clean, well kept, and I recommend Von Asgard's “K-9 Dude Ranch” pet boarding program for all city dogs.

I toured a number of kennels in this area and choose Von Asgard K-9 Center to board and train my imported German Shepherd, "Bodo". Von Asgard was my first choice because of their professionalism and the vast experience they offer in training and handling European working dogs.
I was not disappointed with my decision. When I picked up "Bodo" he looked great and I could tell that he really enjoyed his stay. Linda (the owner) and Don (a veteran trainer) explained and demonstrated the advanced training "Bodo" had received. They worked with me till I could handle him like a pro. Things came together quickly. Within 30 minutes, Bodo (with his new training) and I had become a team. I was totally impressed with the excellence of Bodo's training and the transition instruction I received.
I am most happy to recommend Von Asgard K-9 Center to anyone who loves their dog and wants nothing but the best professional care and training.

It was truly impressive to see the total transformation of an out of control, wild dog into a well mannored, obedient pet. They did a great job on Buddy. I heartily reccomend Von Asgard K- Center.

I took my dog to Von Asgard K-9 Center to get him under control. He was a 3 year old Standard American bull dog that was very aggressive to everyone, except my wife and myself. After speaking on the phone with the owner for over an hour I brought my dog, Charlie, in to get help. He was there about 3 weeks. I called them every couple of days to check on his progress. I t seemed to go slow at first, but then I called on the 7th day to hear good news. He was finally coming around and doing very well. When I came back to get Charlie he was like a totally different dog. He was happy to be around everybody that he came into contact with. He was happy and so am I. Mow I can take him everywhere with me and not have to worry about him biting everyone around me :)

I did my homework before I chose a place to train and board. I couldnt be more than happy with the service I recieve and care thats provided for my dog. Im 100% satisfied in every area. I still continue my weekly training and always look forward to it. I would recommend Von Asgard to anyone looking to train or board their pet!
