Foundation Training for Your Puppy!
Euro Pros "K-9 Kindergarten" Puppy Foundation Training Program can assist you in achieving the following so your pup will be a most pleasant family experience:
In this minimum 7 day K-9 Kindergarten Board & Train Program, your pup will receive the following foundation training:
1.) Voice Commands/Hand Signals (in foreign language, if requested) - Respond to “Voice” commands (beside English, if you wish, we can train your dog in German, Dutch, French, Czech or . . . ?) The Hand Signals are imbedded into the training.
2.) Focused Attention - Demonstrate that he understands automatic focused attention by looking calmly up into the face of the handler.
3.) Snap Sit - Show he has the foundation training to accomplish a very snappy "Sit", with an automatic focused attention.
4.) Quick Down - Show he has the foundation to do a consistent and quick “Down”.
5.) Solid Stay - Demonstrate his foundation training by his settling into a solid, automatic stay with the "Down" command.
6.) Release Command - Show he has the foundation training to hold that stay until the release command "Okay" is given.
7.) No Pulling When "Flexi-Heeling" (Walking) casually either On-Leash Next To The Handler or out to Varying Distances Out In Front Of The Handler - Show, with the "Easy" command, on a casual walk, that the dog walks nicely at whatever distance the handler wishes, on a loose leash, without any pulling and that he turns when the handler does. Invented at Euro Pros Training Center, our award winning "Flexi-Heeling" offers an enjoyable walk whether at your side (like heeling), near you or out in front of you. When compared to the repressive drill team-like competition heeling commonly taught, this flexibility adds a new dimension.
8.) Reliable Recall - Demonstrate the foundation of the "Here" command by showing his Recall (Come) with him coming quickly and ending with a "Sit" with an automatic focused attention right in front of handler.
9.) Crate Trained/Place - Show that the dog has learned to love his "Special Spot" (his crate), like a kid loves a tree house, by pointing and using the "Place" command you can send him to his crate.
10.) No Jumping - Show that the pup has understands the "Off" command and does not jump up on people or things.
11.) Up & Down Stairs - Demonstrate that the pup can navigate up and down stairs confidently.
12.) Distractions - Work these exercises while under slight distractions.
13.) Two Hour Graduation Program - When our training has been completed there will be a 2 hour Graduation Program to catch you up with what your dog now knows and all the commands and how to handle him.
14.) Includes a Private Training Session after Graduation - should you require some additional help.
15.) Lifetime a Free Refresher Course with each paid boarding – Receive at no charge a refresher course with each boarding by one of Euro Pros' training specialists.
16.) Credit Toward Future Training – 50% of the cost of the K-9 Kindergarten Early Learning Program can be applied toward any future Euro Pros Board & Train Program.
The "K-9 Kindergarten" Program consists 5 short training sessions each day for your pup during its 7 day stay. In the 2 hour graduation session you will be working one-on-one with a Certified "K-9 Kindergarten" Professional. We teach you how to handle the dog in each situation and physically work with you to master the handling techniques.
In the “K-9 Kindergarten” program, we discuss with you the psychology needed to achieve your goals, the underpinnings and exactly how you and your dog can successfully accomplish each phase.
This unique program does not end when you have completed the 2 hour graduation session. After completion of the graduation program, our "K-9 Kindergarten" certified professionals are available to you as an on-going resource whenever you need direction, or just reassurance.
When you and you dog have completed Euro Pros "K-9 Kindergarten" Puppy Obedience Boot Camp, you will feel empowered and your pup or young dog will take pride in pleasing you with all he has learned.
