| Linda M. Werlein continues to hold the reins as the "hands-on" owner & founder of Von Asgard K-9 Center, her 40 acre professional dog training and boarding facility. She has successfully imported, bred, trained, and competed in regional, national, & international championship events with her European working dogs since 1979. Some of Linda's training specialities are: VPG/Schutzhund, Competition Tracking, Advanced Obedience, Personal Protection, KNPV Police K-9 Training, Behavior Modification, Pet Obedience & Socialization, and . . . much, much more.

| Rick Vega has been a certified "K-9 Boot Camp" trainer for Von Asgard K-9 Center for the past 7 years. Over those years, Rick has also proven his expertise as a specialist in Behavior Modification and he has earned certification as a Von Asgard "K-9 Behavior Ranch" trainer. However, it is his proficiency for over 12 years as a Police K-9 Decoy that has gained Rick his well earned professional recognition in that venue. He has provided professional preparation for the FDLE "Patrol Duty K-9 Team Certification" and specialized tactical training for the Miami/Dade SWAT Team K-9's, as well as, numerous other Police agencies throughout Florida. Rick is located at Von Asgard's headquarters near Sarasota and, as a contractor, helps out with training throughout Von Asgard's training area from the Tampa/St. Pete area south to the Ft. Myers/Naples area on Florida's gulf coast.

| For over 10 years, Don Shaffer has proven his expertise in many training venues. He is especially versed as a Behavior Modification specialist and Problem Solver. Don's prowess working with extremely agressive dogs has been well documented. He is also both a certified "K-9 Boot Camp" trainer and a certified as a "K-9 Behavior Ranch" trainer. Another focus of his is "starting" young dogs in protection work and creating the solid foundation necessary to build a powerful protection dog. Don Shaffer's professionalism has made him vital member of the Von Asgard K-9 Center's training team.

| For several years, Lisa Merlet has headed up Von Asgard K-9 Center's reservation & reception area. It is Lisa that so abely answers Von Asgard's telephones. She is the "voice" of Von Asgard K-9 Center . . . answering client questions and setting up training or boarding reservations. However, Lisa does much more. She also cares for boarding dogs with loving concern. Lisa is a very special contractor whose professionalism sets Von Asgard K-9 Center apart from the ordinary.

| Greg Bell has made his place here at Von Asgard K-9 Center. His area of responsibility is the care and feeding for many of the boarding dogs here at Von Asgard. Greg, quietly, has proven his capability. At Von Asgard K-9 Center, the professional care of your pet comes first in importance. His performance, over time, has been exceptional. Although a contractor, Greg Bell is an important cog in the wheel as Von Asgard K-9 Center rolls along with professional care and concern for all its charges.

| Candace Fleming, with a smile on her face, is more than a "fixture" here at Von Asgard K-9 Center. She has been a volunteer playing with and caring for small boarding dogs and puppies for well over 15 years. Her volunteer time at von Asgard K-9 Center has been very much appreciated, but more importantly, she has enriched the lives of hundreds of small dogs and puppies. Von Asgard K-9 Center wishes to take this opportunity to acknowledge Candace's contribution and her loving care of countless charglings over the years!
